    Candidate Requirements:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with a diverse work group.
    • Familiarity with ethical and legal recruiting standards, including Department of Transportation regulations.
    • Experience in utilizing creative sourcing strategies, digital platforms, and social media for recruitment.
    • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in a high-volume environment.
    • Associate's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
