Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner with an active Illinois license. This is a Full-Time position in a SNF facility/facilities located in Bloomington, IL.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Patient visits
- Follow the approved care plan for each patient
- Ensure exceptional inpatient care in a postacute care setting

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited nursing school
- Active state license and DEA license in good standing
- 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (postacute care experience preferred)
- Proficiency with EMR
- Compassionate, Intelligent, Motivated, Team Player
Pay:
$110, $170,000.00 per year
