We have developed an entry qualification program in collaboration with Aspria College in Croatia.

In a
3-week program in Zagreb, you will learn:

Cooking workshops
basics of cooking
HACCP hygiene standards and workplace safety
Food and nutrition
Introduction to the theoretical foundations of cooking

All costs for this program in Zagreb, including travel, accommodation, and meals, will be covered by us. This certification is the starting point for your career at Leonardo Hotels. We offer this program, combined with a job, at all our locations in Germany (e.g. Munich, Mannheim, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin). We provide an unlimited employment contract from the beginning (even during the training program in Zagreb) and pay the full salary of a junior
