- Champion the Voice of the Customer, aligning manufacturing processes, and quality systems with customer requirements.
- Ensure timely response to customer needs, providing quality / analytical data, addressing concerns, and driving swift resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze quality data, including inspection results and customer feedback, to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement best practices to optimize quality assurance processes.
- Support New Product Introduction, process validation, new equipment implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assists in the development of training plans for production, quality and operations employees that affect product quality, scrap reductions, downtime, and productivity.
- Other duties as required.
- Understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in work.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
- Bachlor's degree in engineering or related (i.e mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.).

Overview:
The Quality Engineer will be a multi-skilled individual with experience in quality engineering, inspection, and continuous improvement as well as skills and ability to perform engineering tasks. Our Quality Engineer will focus on working within the organization and with customers to ensure that our processes will provide the highest quality products while improving quality, production efficiency, and reducing cost.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
