Prior experience working in a medical office is preferred.

Responsibilities can be varied, but this position would mostly entail scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients for "check in" and "check out", filling out forms, and other clerical tasks.

The front desk acts as a liaison for the other staff in the office, and they are the first person our patients will talk to when they call.

We are a pediatric practice, so this job would include patience and a positive attitude for all of our family/child interactions.
