Overview:


The Program Manager, Medical Dental Integration (MDI) is responsible for the strategy, execution and outcomes of PDS medical and dental integrated partnerships.

The incumbent is the primary point of contact for PDS and all external partners as it relates to integrated Medical-Dental programs and is responsible for their success.

The Program Manager provides leadership and active coaching on best practices for the program in accordance with PDS protocols. He/she will assist in operationalizing the integrated partnerships and working directly onsite with all teams involved.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy for program best practices in conjunction with PDS Regional Managers/Directors and medical partner leadership, including but not limited to staff development, training content, opening procedures, and brand development.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities for integrated partnerships and expand existing product lines.
  • Identify and help develop strategic relationships with partners within support centers and regional support teams.
  • Advise company leaders about the project portfolio, status and resources allocated.
  • Advise executive level leadership on effective ways to implement, maintain, upgrade, contract with vendors, and staff for future organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Support team to ensure all needed resources are available to the Regional Teams and Owner Doctors in line with Company strategy and budget.
  • Provide guidance and advice on key revenue drivers that maximizes the opportunity to achieve financial and savings objectives.
  • Initiate and implement new methods and processes / procedures that will support process simplification, including but not limited to new tool sets and project management disciplines.
  • Collaborate with local and national marketing resources to develop and implement effective marketing programs to grow the business.
  • Establish governance processes for program and related activities.
  • Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with Company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal and other regulatory bodies.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare related field and 3+ years of experience performing business analysis, operations, project management and/or product ownership. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience is required.
  • Experience with strategic business development, project management, operations, consulting, and data mining.

Preferred

  • Prefer more on the ground ops experience to a master's degree.
  • Experience overseeing multiple dental or medical practices.
  • A combination of experience in dental, medical and/or retail

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Requires knowledge of health plans, Medicare or other thirdparty payor models.
  • Use diplomacy to influence clinical, operational and leadership teams without direct authority.
  • Utilize metrics to coach Regional Teams on how to maximize revenue growth.
  • Effective collaborator and communicator with peers and support resources with the ability to engage others in healthcare operations.
  • Proven experience providing guidance to leadership to set realistic monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Streamline processes and identify ways to reduce Clinical and Non-Clinical costs
  • Demonstrated ability to plan (612months) and anticipate, overcome potential obstacles.
  • Manage the daily operations of department(s) or work unit while developing short to medium term (13 years) goals.
  • Foster employee development by providing a supportive learning environment.
  • Highly developed teambuilding, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  • Direct the work of others and work as a team leader in attainment of goals.
  • Handle and maintain extreme confidentially with employee records, compensation information, etc.

Salary Information:

$79,584.00-$133,895.00 / Annually
