Makotek is an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable currently looking for qualified Field Retention Agents for
Manhattan, NY and the surrounding areas.

Immediate openings are available Our Field Retention Agents are responsible for driving to the customer's home in order to either:

Collect pastdue payments and have the customer's Cable, TV and/or Internet services turned back on; OR
Collect equipment provided by Spectrum (e.g. Internet Routers, Cable Boxes, etc) from previous customers.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service.
Commute to customer's residence to collect equipment or pastdue balances.
Followup with customers when necessary.
Communicate with the General Manager at all times.
Be able to use your smart phone to connect to our workorder software.
Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations.

General Requirements:

Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must have insurance for your vehicle.
Must have an active Driver's License.

Compensation:

Weekly paychecks
Productionbased payscale:
Expected earnings are
$800 $1,000 per week when working fulltime.
Mileage compensation provided.

Benefits:

Paid training will be provided.
Available after 60 days of employment:

Paid vacation days available.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED is required.
No work experience is necessary.
