Job Brief
We strive to bring to YSM an environment built on Teamwork, Flexibility, Respect, Growth and Development Opportunities. We are looking for General Laborers to perform manual labor tasks and support operations in our Sheet Metal Shop.
_Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
_
- Work on a sheet metal fabrication production floor supporting various fabrication processes.
- Perform various steel fabrication work such as grinding, inserting, tapping holes, loading and offloading powder coat line.
- attention to detail and quality oriented
- Perform other duties as needed.
_Qualifications:
_
- We are looking for new associates that can be a strong team player, reliable and have received a High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience as mechanical/basic assembler or general laborer.
- Flexible schedule is required; this position requires shift work as well as some weekend work.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
