    Job Description

    Licensed Clinical Team Supervisor The Licensed Clinical Team Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to a team of clinicians, ensuring that all clinical services are provided in accordance with the highest standards of professional practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage Case Managers
    • Act as the Mental Health Treatment Coordinator
    • Directly supervise Case Managers for residential programs and other specialized program staff
    • Review and sign clients' Individual Housing and Employment Plans and Mental Health treatment plans
    • Ensure appropriate supervision of non-clinical/non-licensed Contractor staff
    • Liaise with on-site treatment providers and VA SSVF, GPD, and HUD/VASH Liaisons
    • Utilize clinical judgment and collaborate with the VA COR/Liaison and multidisciplinary team
    • Monitor Case Manager caseloads and ensure confidential client record maintenance
    • Implement relevant clinically-based Case Management processes
    • Supervise the treatment curriculum for client groups or classes
    • Conduct periodic case file reviews and provide guidance to Case Management staff
    • Facilitate weekly clinical and Case Management meetings
    • Coordinate and create a yearly training schedule for all site staff
    • Provide monthly educational training to all staff on different clinical expertise
    • Analyze reporting and note programmatic trends for strategic planning
    • Coordinate all discharges and sign off for completion
    • Must have a valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirements
    • Other task as required

    Qualifications:

    • Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
    • Licensure as either an LCSW or LMFT is mandatory.
