Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the front desk during the normal business hours of 8:00am5:00pm, M-F
- Welcome all guests and employees with a smile and be ready to assist them.
- Coordinate security clearance for the building.
- Answer and route all inbound calls during business hours.
- Ensure the suite is presentable at all times, including light cleaning/maintaining the office.
- Act as our office liaison to the building.
- Assist executive leadership with booking travel arrangements, managing expense reimbursements, setting up meetings and lunches.
- Distribute all mail and packages daily, both incoming and outgoing.
- Restock the kitchen and supply rooms, create a backstock and a supply ordering process
- Setup new hire desks, create nameplates and maintain office floor plans
- Maintain the front door, answer all Ring notifications
- Assist with company sponsored events, such as invites, ordering food, beverages, budget etc.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a consistent eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding ability to learn quickly, execute swiftly and accurately in a fastpaced environment.
- Highly motivated and engaged, able to work flexibly individually as well as in a team environment.
- Required to stand/walk/sit, and lift up to 25 pounds.
