    Description
    We are seeking a skilled Robotic Weld Technician to join our team at Labor Rocket.

    As a Robotic Weld Technician, you will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining robotic welding systems in our manufacturing facility.


    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and program robotic welding systems to perform specific welds according to engineering drawings and specifications
    • Monitor robotic welding processes to ensure quality and accuracy of welds
    • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment
    • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to identify and implement process improvements
    • Train and mentor production operators on robotic welding techniques and best practices
    • Maintain records of equipment maintenance, production output, and quality control inspections

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in robotic welding programming and operation
    • Knowledge of welding techniques and principles
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Certification in robotic welding systems a plus
