We are a premier provider of quality restoration work for flood & fire restoration, mold remediation throughout the US and CA.

The Mitigation Manager position we seek to fill will be serving North County San Diego.


REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge & Experience in all areas of Water/Fire/Mold Restoration with a strong emphasis in Applied Structural Drying. IICRC/CLEAN TRUST up to date Certification (preferred)

• Knowledge of Xactimate is helpful
• A proven track record of successful project management
• Applicant must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
• Good communication skills
• Work is physically demanding.
• Teamwork and organization skills a must
• Must be computer literate
• Monday through Friday but flexible hours are required for position with some nights and weekends.
• Willing to learn our systems
• Always practice the Rainbow International Code of Values

$65, $85,000.00 per hour
