Job Overview:
Flexible Schedule. Pay is base salary plus profit share. Generous sign on bonus paid upon completion of first instructor course.


Duties:


  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources
  • Manage training calendars and schedules
  • Conduct data entry for training records and participant information
  • Support trainers during sessions, ensuring all technical requirements are met
  • Coordinate event planning for training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a BLS Instructor preferably with Pa DOH, AHA, Red Cross or ASHI
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with trainers and participants
  • Familiarity with phone systems for handling inquiries and scheduling
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience in event planning is a plus
