Job Overview:
Flexible Schedule. Pay is base salary plus profit share. Generous sign on bonus paid upon completion of first instructor course.
Duties:
- Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources
- Manage training calendars and schedules
- Conduct data entry for training records and participant information
- Support trainers during sessions, ensuring all technical requirements are met
- Coordinate event planning for training sessions
Qualifications:
- Experience as a BLS Instructor preferably with Pa DOH, AHA, Red Cross or ASHI
- Comfortable with Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with trainers and participants
- Familiarity with phone systems for handling inquiries and scheduling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in event planning is a plus
