SEARCHING FOR A LONG-TERM DOG WALKER IN THE PLAINVIEW, WOODBURY, SYOSSET, HUNTINGTON AREA (
NOT JUST A SUMMER POSITION).

  • MUST HAVE A CAR.
  • MUST HAVE AFTERNOON/MID DAY AVAILABILITY
1099'd position, $14-$15 per 30 minute walk.


  • Duties:
  • Walk dogs on a regular schedule, rain or shine
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the dogs in your care
  • Clean up after dogs during walks
  • Monitor dogs for any signs of illness or injury and report to the owner
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including regular updates on their pets' activities and behavior

Skills:


  • Experience working with dogs and a genuine love for animals
  • Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting, as some dogs may be large or require assistance
