POSITION DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides assistance and support to the CFO, Controller and Accounting Manager
- Prepares monthly financial statements and performs financial analysis
- Works closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of financial data and transactions
- Analyze and balance accounts monthly on a timely basis
- Perform accounting work for monthly closing under specific timelines
- Distribute financial information and reporting in a timely manner
- Assist with preparation of tax returns
- Assist with fixed asset management
- Special projects and duties as assigned by CFO, Controller and Accounting Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in the Accounting Field
- Knowledge of GAAP, SAP, and IFRS
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy combined with excellent organization skills
- Ability to prioritize work
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
