Harbour Industries is hiring a Spark Test Machine Operator to join our production team This is a full time, _ONSITE_ role located in Shelburne, VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 2nd shift schedule M-F 3pm-11pm.


Responsibilities:


  • Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operation procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products.
  • Perform inprocess quality inspections to ensure product integrity.
  • Work with hand tools efficiently to complete tasks.
  • Read routing sheets to understand and execute production requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production reports and records.
  • Learn and work within different stations such as a_: Spark Test Operator
- _This process is a respooling operation designed to package work in process and finished wires in accordance with product specifications. This is a quality operation designed to detect and remove any product flaws.


Requirements:


  • Adhere to safety standards to create a secure working environment.
  • Possess basic math skills of addition and subtraction.
  • Demonstrate a consistent attendance record.
  • Have reliable transportation to the workplace.
  • Ability to pass a postoffer companypaid physical/drug screen and background check.
