- Perform Premium Collection for North American Facultative Team
- Act as a liaison between the client and Aon to resolve accounting issues
- Conduct reconciliations of open balances between our records, ceding company, and/or reinsurer records
- Collaborate closely with Aon Broker Teams
- Generate PPW/PPC Payment Term reports daily and ensure adherence to collection and payment guidelines for expiring invoices
- Review and confirm timely payments to reinsurers to meet placement requirements
- Create Excel worksheets from the Grids System and enhance collection reports with additional procedures like color rules
- Generate client statements through the Grids System and review balances before sending to the client for collection
- Obtain a Bachelor's degree in business administration, a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
- Have 4+ years of background in the insurance or reinsurance sector
- Possess advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) to collaborate across all organizational levels
- Show strategic thinking capability, analytical skills, and creativity in problem-solving
- Exhibit accuracy, thoroughness, and keen attention to detail
- Show proven expertise in judgment, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation
- Display excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (for U.S. applicants) is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year. Actual salary can vary based on education, experience, skills, and market alignment. Geographic location may also impact salary adjustment.
