    Apply now for the position of Senior MarketingManager, Cardiovascular Ultrasound, NAM and you will join our innovativeUltrasound team based in Issaquah, WA. This is a key position on the NorthAmerica ultrasound marketing team with strong ties into sales, strategy, and productdevelopment. You will make a significant impact that drives positive change andleads to improved financial results by executing strategies and tactics thatgrow market share for our cardiovascular ultrasound portfolio.

    This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA office.

    Your Role:

    • Analyze and understand the North America cardiovascularultrasound market segment. Identify marketing strategies, customer needs,competitive trends, etc. to formulate a plan for market share and revenue growth.
    • Partner with the North America salesorganization to execute strategies and tactics that drive achievement ofrevenue targets by generating awareness, brand loyalty and intent to purchasewith customers.
    • Responsible for identifying and creating marketingassets to support sales and growth initiatives for our cardiovascular business- print and digital advertising, product pricing, sales promotions, productsupport, new product launches, ROI value propositions, key opinion leaderdevelopment, evidentiary endorsements, and white papers.
    • Lead strategy and planning for North Americancardiovascular tradeshows.
    • Develop unique marketing campaigns, tactics andsales enablement tools that focus on how our portfolio: improves patientoutcomes, increases clinician and patient satisfaction, reduces costs, andincreases patient access to a much-needed imaging modality.
    • Lead go-to-market activities for new productlaunches in North America by creating a plan that generates awareness anddemand with our customers while also ensuring the sales team has what they needto successfully launch the product.

    Your Expertise:

    • Understanding of customers and their imagingneeds and how Siemens Healthineers ultrasound can address those needs throughsystems, software, service, and commercial solutions.
    • Demonstrated experience creating and executing regionalgo-to-market plans on time and on budget.
    • Ability to complete competitive analysis andidentify market trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsto work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives;including but not limited to field sales, legal, regulatory, compliance,clinical, finance, executive management, etc.
    • Strong work ethic with a high degree ofself-motivation and the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the abilityto deliver multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting challengingdeadlines.

    Required Skills, Education and Experience for thisposition:

    • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
    • 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience inCardiology / MedTech / Biotech preferred.
    • The ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
    • Marketer with ultrasound clinical or salesexperience is a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skillswith the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong critical and creative thinking skills.Strategic thinker and planner

    The pay range for this position is $120,000.00-$140,000.00 U.S.dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay[MD1] .
