We are looking for a go getter than can help our business grow more.We currently already have a property manager but we are looking someone with experience in office / administrative to help assist her.
Together you will both be handling about 200 rental units.Job Duties:
- Visit all vacant units once a week
- Make sure all vacant units are either listed for rent or actively being worked on by maintenance to get it ready to be listed for rent
- filling out forms/paperwork, such as eviction petitions, leases, etc.
- coordinating maintenance requests with tenant and maintenance man
- entering & paying bills
- turning on/off utilities
- enter rent payments
- insurance renewals
- Etc. Etc.

$ $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Houston, TX preferred)
