Purpose:
The Host will collaborate closely with the Maitre'd to maintain the restaurant's high service standards. This role involves working with the reservations team, Maître'd, and managers to ensure guests have exceptional dining experiences.
Key Focus:
- Ensure all guests receive courteous and efficient service consistently.
- Follow seating instructions provided by Maitre'd and Manager on Duty.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant staff regarding reservations and guest preferences.
- Create a welcoming and organized restaurant atmosphere.
Personnel:
- Assist in training new hosts on front desk responsibilities and expectations.
- Coordinate with the reservation team to optimize booking processes for seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant team regarding reservations and guest preferences.
Guest Service:
- Guarantee all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Address guest concerns and complaints in a positive and timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following seating arrangements guided by the Maître'd or Manager on Duty.
- Maintain a pleasant and orderly dining environment.
- Cultivate relationships with returning guests.
Service Standards:
- Uphold cleanliness and appearance standards across all restaurant areas.
- Adhere to company policies and evolving COVID guidelines.
- Comply with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.

Physical Demands:
