    Sr. Specialist Network Engineer

    POSITION SUMMARY
    - Act as the subject matter expert to manage Data Center and Cloud network infrastructure in the AMS region.
    - Oversee technical areas in the Nestlé Regional and Global Data Center Networks, collaborating with third-party service providers.
    - Ensure operational service management processes drive quality, efficiency, productivity, and agility goals.
    - Provide support to stakeholders within the AMS market by closely working with global ITP network teams and other business IT teams.
    - Ensure efficient and secure IT operations, aligning IT systems with business needs and contributing to development teams.

    Responsibilities:
    - Ensure efficient and secure IT operations
    - Oversee incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management support processes
    - Ensure IT strategic service partners deliver required service levels, system performance, and functionality
    - Support quality and efficiency improvements in IT service delivery
    - Assist in market and project testing, as well as specification, configuration, and sustain activities utilizing 3rd party services
    - Manage small-scale projects for the deployment of functionalities
    - Ensure operational compliance of all technology-related issues across IS/IT

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
    - Extensive experience in LAN and Cloud network deployments and maintenance
    - Proficiency in Network Design, Cisco hardware/software support, Network Load balancers, and other related technologies

    Skills Preferred:
    - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum framework
    - Experience with Firewalls, Automation (Ansible and Terraform), Network monitoring tools, and OSI network model
