- Execute and manage multiple assigned projects focused on new products, process, ingredient and continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to drive the Customer to Concept process and bring new products to market.
- Maintain material handling, batching, and process.
- Assist authoring Draft Standard Operating Procedures with Process Instructions/Specifications and Semi Finished Goods Specifications.
- Travel required as needed for business; communicate with supervisor when not manageable.
- 0-3 years of food industry experience; entry level BS/MS
- Masters/Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree in relevant scientific field of study
- Technical knowledge of engineering and/or data analysis.
- Basic understanding of technical process parameters associated with products, sensory attributes, and the relationship with Customer and Consumer needs.
- Knowledge associated with statistical analysis, Design of Experiment and Statistical Process Control
- Skills to handle risk and uncertainty.
- Strong self-accountability to meet deadlines and drive results; is accountable for own work; meets timelines and expectations; Is accountable to deadlines while flexible to changing business needs.
