Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Follow-Up Estimator to join our team.

The Follow-Up Estimator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate estimates for plumbing projects, following up with clients, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Review project details and scope provided by customers or project managers.
• Conduct followup calls or visits to clients to gather additional information and clarify project requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for plumbing projects based on gathered information and company pricing guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of project details, estimates, and client communications.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, concerns, and provide updates on estimates.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating project timelines based on approved estimates.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, pricing, and regulations to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plumbing estimation or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into accurate estimates.
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Customerfocused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or vocational training in plumbing or constructionrelated fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in plumbing estimation, project management, or customer service roles preferred.

Location:
This position is based at our Orange County/San Diego location and may require occasional travel to client sites.

Pay:
$75, $80,000.00 per year
