Angelino's Coffee is a fast-growing direct to consumer coffee provider, focused on offering our customers the freshest coffee delivered to their homes.

Angelino's Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Planner to join our team.

As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in planning and organizing all aspects related to the acquisition and movement of materials, ensuring the seamless flow of our coffee production processes.

This role involves a diverse range of tasks related to incoming and outgoing materials, services, and equipment. Your expertise in materials planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation will contribute to the success of our coffee company.


Responsibilities:


Create and release work orders based on the master build plan, with a primary focus on ensuring customer deliveries within 90 days of the required ship date.

Identify and capture potential risks, developing effective mitigations to maintain smooth operations.

Collaborate with production teams to maintain detailed master plans aligned with product requirements, ERP, and item master.

Manage and track raw materials, production schedules, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventories.


Ensure accurate processing of customer demands in the system and work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to track orders and commit dates.

Monitor supplier delivery schedules, guiding procurement to maintain on-time delivery (OTD) to end customers.

Represent the Materials team in tier meetings, providing valuable input and updates.

Collaborate with production control for rescheduling in case of design changes, insufficient materials, or other plan failures.

Manage the schedule impact of engineering change orders, ensuring successful implementation and execution of approved product releases.

Monitor and report key metrics, including on-time delivery, missing allocations, and production throughput.

Provide commitment dates and updates to Sales and Management, ensuring effective communication.


Work closely with inventory, quality, engineering, program office, and production teams to communicate changes in material demand and facilitate material/WIP movement.

Minimize the risk of exposure to excess/overstock finished goods.

Gather data to support production meetings and complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning and/or scheduling, with inventory control in a manufacturing environment.

Proactive with the ability to act timely.

Thorough understanding of MRP systems and SIOP processes, with experience in the manufacturing of consumer goods.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, with advanced Excel skills.

Ability to read a multilevel BOM and specifications.

Familiarity with outside processing is preferred.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and deductive skills.

Strong mathematical skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
