Are you an organizational talent who remains calm and in control even when things get hectic and multiple tasks are running simultaneously? Do you have professional experience in shipping? Are you looking for a responsible position? Then we have the right position for you.

We are currently seeking an employee (m/f/d) for transport logistics at our location in Shively, KY, starting as soon as possible.

(Initially limited to 1 year)

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring smooth shipping processes
Administrative processing and invoicing of all shipping orders
Creation of loading and delivery documents
Organization of loading and unloading of vehicles
Incoming and outgoing goods
Point of contact for all questions regarding shipping processes
Communication/correspondence with logistics companies
Support in order processing

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk
Good knowledge in the field of shipping and order processing
Strong communication skills combined with joy and patience in dealing with people
Experience with SAP desirable
Ideally experience in sales of building materials and with the material concrete
Experience with Windows standard applications Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

In this position, you will impress with your organizational skills, initiative, and structured and independent way of working.

In addition, you bring flexibility, commitment, and willingness to perform, as well as the ability to cooperate within the company.
