What tasks can you expect?
✓ Support and assistance with all information and telecommunications solutions
✓ Development and implementation of customized IT system solutions
✓ Consulting, training, and instruction of users on existing systems
✓ Procurement of necessary hardware and software
✓ Installation and commissioning of IT systems
✓ Support in the implementation and introduction of a helpdesk system
✓ Maintenance and upkeep of existing IT infrastructure

What do we expect from you?
✓ Completed education or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
✓ A certain level of IT expertise or affinity for IT topics
✓ Teamwork, communication skills, and customer service orientation
✓ Solution-oriented work approach and willingness to take responsibility
✓ Experience with MS Office and good knowledge of German
✓ Valid driver's license (Class B)
