- Shadow the Marketing Director in various artist marketing activities
- Help in researching and planning marketing campaigns for music releases
- Aid in tracking and reporting on marketing efforts
- Stay updated on social and cultural trends, particularly on social media platforms
- Establish and nurture industry connections
- Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, content creation, and trend analysis
- Support managers with research on client-related projects
- Engage in marketing meetings and idea generation sessions
- Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student obtaining academic credit for an internship
- Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate various situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Capable of working well under pressure, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in Instagram & TikTok, understanding Gen Z communication
- Experience in creating social media content for brands or organizations
- Passion for the music and entertainment industry
- Leadership experience is a bonus
