The Clinic:


We have an amazing clinic that focuses on providing exceptional patient care to families in The Woodlands and surrounding areas.

We are seeking an energetic office receptionist.


Duties will include:

  • Greeting patients with a smile
  • Answering phones with energy and enthusiasm
  • Work closely with the doctors to manage office efficiency, flow & quality of patient care
  • Billing and front desk collections
  • Scheduling and patient recalls
  • Making sure the kids & families that come in feel the warmth of our office and get that extra personal touch

Requirements:


  • Must be healthy, energetic and comfortable promoting a healthy lifestyle
  • Typing & computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel)
  • We serve patients from: 8:00 am 6:00 pm, 5 days week + Sat mornings 810am
Customer service is central to the delivery of care in our office and we strive to give every patient the "WOW" experience, so our ideal person really has to care about the quality of his/her work and enjoy being part of an excellent product
