- Utilize great phone skills to provide effective desktop support services and resolve escalated IT requests.
- Take ownership of technologies and ensure adherence to standards and procedures in all IT activities.
- Document requests, projects, and new setups meticulously to maintain accurate records.
- Perform complex problem-solving and assistance on diverse software applications.
- Continuously communicate and update customers on the progress of IT requests.
- Inherit and take full accountability for the backend infrastructure, including servers and accountable software.
- Train and mentor other technicians and teammates in the IT department.
- Execute IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
- Collaborate with external vendors and other departments to enhance IT solutions and resolve issues effectively.
- Work hand in hand with other team members across different tiers to ensure seamless IT operations
- Confidence and positivity to take ownership of IT responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for technology and a drive to work with enthusiasm and passion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and thinking outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OS, Active Directory, deployments, networking, and Office 365.
- 3 years in the IT field and min 1 year experiences as a level 2 helpdesk technician
- Ability to travel based on demand
