- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years BranchManagement experience; Branch Retail Management preferred.
- 7 years provenexperience in sales, service, and operations.
- Strong businessdevelopment, sales, and service skills. Ability to pick up thoroughunderstanding of the products and services bank offers.
- Ability to workindependently and take accountability for actions, making quick, high-qualitydecisions.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups bothinternally and externally.
- Must possess strongproblem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutionsswiftly.
