Position Overview:

As a Contracts Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of contract management, insurance documentation, vehicle registrations, compliance processes, and general administrative tasks.

This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our contracting processes and supporting the success of our projects.


Responsibilities:

Maintain subcontractor files, including COI, licenses, W-9 forms, and other necessary documentation.

Maintain accurate records of insurance documentation and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

Coordinate vehicle registrations and related documentation.

Support compliance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Provide general administrative support to the contracts and compliance team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.

1-2 years of experience in contract administration, compliance, or related field.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
