BDC Representative
This expanding Internet Dept is seeking a full-time BDC Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate departments for further action.
Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely followups.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends. _Continual product training provided_
- Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any questions or concerns.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry but not necessary. We will train.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Excellent computer skills are a must.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- 1 year of internet sales preferred
- Automotive product knowledge and experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive BDC a plus but not necessary
- Computer and phone skills
- Good communication skills
- CRM skills a bonus but not needed _we will train you on our CRM System_
