    Description
    A well-known New Orleans restaurant is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join their team This group is rooted in history and has been creating New Orleans classics for over 100 years With several locations, there is plenty of room to grow with this brand


    Kitchen Manager Requirements:
    Ability to manage food and labor costs through effective inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
    Comfortable using the POS system to track labor
    2+ years upscale dining experience as a Sous or Executive Chef
    Experience with annual sales of $2 mill+
