- Help with social media, including designing posts and managing paid and organic campaigns
- Help with internal communication projects like creating office slides, planning lunch and learns, etc.
- Maintain essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets, and decks
- Support the event team as needed in various event-specific tasks
- Gather and distribute materials, documents, and information to internal teams
- Research industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision-making
- Attend internal and external meetings and own meeting notes, next steps, and their distribution.
- Maintain Shared Drive, collecting and saving reference documents as well as their distribution
- Lead organization, requests, submissions, and trafficking of creative assets, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery
- Provide general department administrative support when needed.
- In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Stellar organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle a workload, working across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with keen attention to detail across all marketing function.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects and with internal staff and external partners/vendors.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

We are seeking a driven and talented Marketing Coordinator Intern to assist the marketing team with various tasks aimed at promoting Budderfly's sustainability solutions and expanding our brand presence.
