We act as a liaison between service providers and invoice recipients and take care of feedback, correspondence, and, if necessary, legal enforcement.

Your responsibilities include:

Professional responsibility for employees
Ensuring billing processes (planning / implementation / control) as well as quality management and process performance
Consulting our clients
Planning and continuous optimization of processes
Internal and external communication with business partners / interfaces
Personnel planning, personnel development
Conducting regular team meetings and ensuring ongoing internal and crossdepartmental flow of information
Support and monitoring of given goals / key figures
Preparation of statistics and reports
Participation in projects
Completion of special tasks for management
