WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- A degree or training in special education, social pedagogy, or occupational therapy
- A respectful and empathetic attitude
- Previous experience working with individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities
- Enthusiasm for actively developing and implementing new ideas
- Conflict resolution skills and resilience
