Job Description
Veolia is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to support the production of water filtration membranes and elements at our Minnetonka, MN plant. The development of water purification membranes and elements is a rapidly growing sector that caters to the increasing demand for clean water. Join us in this dynamic and expanding field!

Leading and assisting in projects with manufacturing, internal support teams, and external vendors to achieve Environmental/Health/Safety (EHS), production, quality, and cost-saving objectives within set timelines and budget.
Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of complex industrial machinery, electrical wiring, and fixtures in compliance with relevant codes and safety protocols.
Enhancing the quality, efficiency, and output of manufacturing processes by documenting process modifications, implementing process and fixture enhancements, optimizing lead and cycle times, and addressing cost of quality (COQ) concerns.

Qualifications
Requirements:

Experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician with vocational certification in related fields or a high school diploma/GED coupled with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Holding and renewing a State of Minnesota Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all pertinent laws, regulations, and standards governing electrical construction and installation practices.
Demonstrating proficiency in machine tool operation and measurement techniques.
