YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...* actively shaping on-site health management * continuously optimizing daily work and advising employees from all professional groups * minimizing and avoiding hazardous activities for employees through the use of personal aids, optimizing facilities and equipment, and providing targeted coaching on ergonomic work practices and other suitable measures * promoting resilience for the mental and physical resistance of employees.
