Vehicle Appraiser (m/f/d)

Full-time | DEKRA Automotive GmbH | DE

Tasks

  • With your expertise in the automotive industry, you conduct condition and valuation assessments of used vehicles
  • Using market-standard valuation and calculation systems as well as used car management systems, you accurately assess the value of vehicles
  • You also inspect existing damages and calculate repair costs
  • You independently manage and accompany the used car return process for our clients
  • In addition, you coordinate lease returns and conduct diminished value appraisals

Qualifications

  • Journeyman or master with a degree in automotive technology, painting, or the field of body and vehicle construction
  • Several years of professional experience in the specific segments of vehicle appraisal
  • Knowledge of expert systems such as DAT, Schwacke, and Audatex is advantageous
  • Proactive and service-oriented work style with a high level of quality awareness
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to work locally in the field
