    Position overview:


    BAData Production Support (DPS) Manager manages employees performing activities across Navigational Data tools including tool support, internal incident management, data development and reporting; RCA support, relevant training, and reporting; process improvement, analytic methodology development, training and application; employment of various analytic and service capabilities.

    Develops and executes project, service and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management, quality control and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with internal customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes. Manages, develops, and motivates employees.


    POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:
    Managing the team of aviation and navigation system and support analysts in the Gdansk/Neu-Isenburg/Denver office.
    Coordinating the team's priorities and workload with the Systems Integration and Global Data Management leaders.

    Define and managing SLAs with the supporting organizations of Software Development and ITS.Liaison to IT for GDM analysts' requirements, troubleshooting, and proactive coordination for IT changes and impacts.

    Ensuring the consistent provision of internal services within Digital Solutions and Analytics value chain.
    Monitoring and reviewing internal customers' queries. Responsible for organizational metrics.
    Achieving operational results which meet or exceed customer expectations while improving quality and overall operational performance.
    Develops and implements processes or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
    Ensuring the continued development, recognition, and motivation of the Production Support staff.

    Effective and proactive communication with peers, customers, staff and suppliers regarding vision, strategy, operational and cultural expectations, and operational performance.

    Defining departmental tactical execution plan; collaborative contribution to the management of the IOS operational budget; ensuring consistent tactical execution and safety.


    Managing subordinate staff, including duties such as:
    recruitment, training, performance and compensation management, motivation, delegation, and results monitoring.
    This position is hybrid.

    This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    Prior experience with Aviation Navigation Global Data Management (GDM).3+ years of experience in managing or leading a diverse team of technical expertsBachelor's degree in management/technical field or equivalentEffective communication technique, ability to connect with all areas of business and servicesPreferred Qualifications (Skills, Education, and Experience): Ability to cooperate with internal partners in the multicultural and global environmentTools and support/internal services knowledgeAgile methodology practitionerCritical thinking, attention to detail, positive attitudeWillingness to create and implement process improvements and ability to see the big pictureKnowledge of established policies and proceduresAbility to cooperate with internal partners in the multicultural and global environmentTools and support/internal services knowledgeCritical thinking, attention to detail, positive attitudeKnowledge of established policies and proceduresTypical Education & Experience:Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.

    Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

    Summary pay range:
