Description

Responsibilities

  • Project management for continuous improvement while adhering to time, cost, and quality goals, including project documentation and regular reporting of project status
  • Development of production concepts and layout design in CAD according to Lean design principles
  • Collaboration in the development and optimization of fixtures and technical aids
  • Procurement of machines and equipment with a focus on automation
  • Collaboration with product development and production for development and correction orders

Qualifications

  • A completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics) and/or a comparable qualification such as a technician (m/f/d)
  • Relevant professional experience in a technical field, supplemented by solid knowledge in project work
  • A structured and independent way of working, combined with a high level of commitment and teamwork
  • Strong quality awareness and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex contexts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD knowledge desirable
