About the Role & Team:

The Enterprise Reporting team at The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) handles the 10K/10Q filing process and various financial statement deliverables for reporting requirements, including internal and external analysis for the Company's three business segments - Entertainment, Sports, and Experiences. This team collaborates with key corporate departments like Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Financial Planning and Analysis.

This role offers opportunities to showcase analytical skills and make a significant impact.

What You Will Do:

Support the quarterly close and consolidation processes
Assist in preparing balance sheet and income statement analysis
Participate in preparing Form 10K/10Q
Support external audit process
Implement financial process improvement initiatives
Manage enterprise intercompany processes
Lead adhoc projects

Key stakeholders:

Coordinate with segment teams and executives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years in accounting, auditing, or finance
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Passion for accuracy and detail oriented
Relationship building and client service orientation
Team player with excellent communication skills
Proactive and goal-oriented
Process improvement mindset
Meet tight reporting deadlines
Flexible with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

Public accounting background
Experience with SEC filings, entertainment industry, SAP
CPA License

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
