Responsibilities

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the cabinet shop, including production, scheduling, and quality control.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate production and installation of custom cabinetry.
• Utilize computer and Officerelated software to manage orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet project deadlines and maximize productivity.
• Organize pickup lists and coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of cabinetry.
• Manage and supervise shop staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support production requirements.
• Monitor shop performance and identify areas for improvement to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the cabinetry or woodworking industry.
• Strong proficiency in reading plans and blueprints.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and meeting project deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be hardworking, selfmotivated, and detailoriented.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus
