SEASONAL, ENTRY LEVEL HR RECRUITER

On-site in Mebane, NC

Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties

• Assist the HR Team in recruiting a pool of applicants for open entrylevel positions utilizing a variety of resources in the local community, social media, and educational institutions.
• Responsibilities of scanning, sorting and screening applicants within our Applicant Tracking system based on skill sets.
• Conducting multiple interviews daily to staff open requisitions for our entrylevel recruiting.
• Assist with other various tasks as needed to support Human Resources and/or other departments throughout our peak hiring season (March
• October).

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public required
• Prior experience in a customer service type role is strongly preferred
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Administrative experience working with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook is required (school experience may count depending on classes).
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus
