Job Title: Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer - Space Vehicle, Space Payload OR Spacecraft

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team environment, with diverse assignments and high expectations. The role involves providing crucial support throughout the assembly, integration, and testing phases of Space payloads, contributing to customer-funded programs within the ISR business unit of L3Harris Corporation. This position encompasses defining test strategies, collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors, and serving as a key liaison with government customers for integration planning.

Essential Functions:

Generate system test documentation and oversee test execution for Space Payloads and Space Vehicles
Manage strategic project initiatives involving cross-functional teams
Experience in RF measurements and testing, utilizing various equipment
Support in configuring test setups, developing procedures, and conducting equipment evaluations
Contribute to lab setups, test verification, and troubleshooting processes
Travel occasionally for integration activities
Available for extended hours during program phases

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in relevant fields with prior experience
4+ years working on aerospace/defense systems, with a security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience in space vehicle hardware testing and integration
Collaboration with technical teams across program phases
Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools
Strong communication skills in technical environments
Track record in government or commercial development programs
Team player mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments
