We are currently seeking a skilled Depowder Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of driving innovation in the manufacturing sector.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough depowdering of parts manufactured through the binder jetting process.
- Utilize specialized equipment and tools to meticulously clean and prepare printed parts for postprocessing.
- Adhere strictly to established procedures and quality standards to ensure the integrity and cleanliness of parts.
- Collaborate closely with production and quality control teams to meet manufacturing objectives and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the depowdering area to uphold safety and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of depowdering equipment as required.
- Document depowdering processes and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to support Research and Development initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to follow set procedures meticulously and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is preferred.
- Genuine interest in additive manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to evolving production needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
