How you contribute

Responsible for the entire recruiting process, such as job postings, screening and evaluation of resumes, conducting interviews, and supporting candidates (m/f/d) throughout all application phases
Further development of technical job profiles and job postings in collaboration with the departments
Consultation of departments regarding local recruiting measures and strategies of the respective branch/location
Development and implementation of new recruiting trends
Management and maintenance of the applicant management system
Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience in all phases of the application process
Development, establishment, and maintenance of a talent pool
Participation in recruiting fairs
