In this crucial role, you will handle the inventory and distribution of cellular devices for our company, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology.


As a Configuration Specialist, you will:


  • Navigate Android, iOS, and Windowsbased phones, tablets, cellular routers, and other mobile devices with ease.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while solving technical issues and ensuring device readiness.

Requirements:


Requirements for this Position:


  • College Degree (preferred)
  • Ability to work 8AM 5PM Monday to Friday at our King of Prussia, PA headquarters
  • Preferably 3+ Years working in a technology related role (Computers, Networking, Smartphones, etc)
  • Comfortable navigating Android, iOS, Windows devices and other cellular technology
  • Comfortable problem solving and providing examples during interview process
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
