    About You: Are you a Compliance Specialist ready to tackle noncompliance risks inside and outside the organization?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and evaluate compliance with laws and regulations
    • Address noncompliance issues and develop action plans
    • Conduct regular audits to identify weaknesses
    • Communicate compliance processes to various stakeholders
    • Manage liens and lien-waivers
    • Onboard and oversee Local Service Providers and Subcontractors
    • Maintain agreements and certificates of insurance
    • Handle union bonding
    • Monitor state business and compliance licenses
    • Manage employee certifications and licenses
    • Conduct background checks

    Requirements:

    • Legal background preferred
    • Industry experience advantageous
    • Self-motivated and independent
    • Strong research and risk assessment skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Highly organized with great attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in MS Office
