    Job DescriptionFull-Time Clinic Director / Physical Therapist
    Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient OrthoCompensation: $90,000 to $110,000 + Quarterly and Annual Bonus Structure (uncapped - starting at $6K) + CEU funds + Competitive Sign-on Bonus or Tax-Free Student Loan Repayment offered (up to $20K)

    Position Qualifications:
    • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
    • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in outpatient ortho preferred.
    • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
